Our Team
Nora galicia-Newman (She/her)
Treasurer and campaign manager
Nora is committed to building a supportive society that uplifts those in need. Being a first generation immigrant from Mexico, she strives for an equitable society. She has been working alongside Justin to shape a fairer future, one where the well-being of the many outweighs the profits of the few. Nora believes that Justin’s campaign is the most direct way of addressing the urgent issues of our time.
ariel ciprian (he/him)
Campaign operations and media strategist
Ariel Ciprian is a Dominican-American Air Force veteran and political strategist who worked during the last election cycle supporting independent and Green Party candidates across the country. His work has included digital media strategy, video production, podcast outreach, campaign graphics, and field organizaning. Ariel has also helped campaigns develop operational structures, fundraising systems, and grassroots outreach strategies. Having previously collaborated with Justin, he now advises the campaign on messaging, media strategy, and movement building.
Esmée Silverman (they/she)
Web/Graphic Designer
Inspired by Justin's steadfast commitment to Palestinian dignity and limiting U.S. weapon spending, Esmée joined Justin’s campaign as a Web and Graphic Designer. She hopes that by helping this campaign, Justin’s role in Congress can significantly reduce military spending, end the ongoing genocides across the world, and create social programs that benefit the working class.
Connor Salisbury (he/him)
IT coordinator
Connor has spent most of his life as a resident of Oregon’s Congressional District 4, while also having had the privilege of living abroad in countries with thriving multi-party democracies. These experiences have given him a broader perspective on how other nations successfully avoid issues like medical-debt bankruptcy, that continue to burden Americans under the two-party system. Connor has dedicated decades to volunteer work focused on bridging the urban-rural divide and supporting causes that strengthen communities. He believes that Oregonians deserve better than the limited choices the political duopoly has long provided in CD4. He sees Justin as a principled public servant with the right priorities, and the best choice to represent the people of Oregon’s 4th Congressional District.
